It is with pleasure that I put on record my appreciation of the work which Chris Ulyatt and Peter Ferguson have done for me in establishing two web sites, one of which required extensive editing, rearranging and updating, the other being a new startup site.
In both situations (the former requiring considerable ingenuity in building a search engine to work on some very old and substantial files), I received good advice on what was possible; instant feedback; and a tolerance of my failure to understand, sometimes, what was really involved in fulfilling my requests.
